Vigil Shipping Policy

We want to be transparent about how your order gets from us to you. Please review the details below, as they apply to every order placed on shoptrustvigil.com.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Handling Time

Each order is checked and prepared before it ships to keep quality high. Please allow approximately 7 to 14 business days of handling time before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the U.S. takes approximately 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Estimated Total Delivery Window
Approximately 3 to 4 weeks (17 to 26 business days) from the date of your order. We send updates throughout the process so you're never left wondering about your order's status, and a tracking number is issued as soon as your set ships.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, contact us at info@shoptrustvigil.com and we will help right away.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has shipped, it enters the care of the carrier. Vigil is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have shipped, unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout. If your package is missing or shows no movement for an extended period, please contact your local carrier to file a claim. If you purchased shipping protection, contact us at info@shoptrustvigil.com and we will assist based on your situation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. Vigil is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Delivery Timing and Events

While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, and customs processing. We recommend ordering in advance to account for potential delays.
